Booking Terms & Conditions – Teach Eoin, Dingle
1. Reservations and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
The full accommodation charge is payable by bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided following your reservation. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
2. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before their scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 pm
- Check-out: By 12:00 noon
Alternative arrangements may be available by prior agreement.
4. Occupancy
Teach Eoin is a five-bedroom self-catering townhouse accommodating a maximum of 10 guests.
The number of guests must not exceed the agreed occupancy without prior approval.
5. Damage and Care of the Property
No security or damage deposit is required.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the property, furniture, fixtures and equipment during their stay.
Guests may be charged the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing items damaged through negligence, misuse or deliberate actions, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported promptly.
6. House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors, provided cigarette waste is disposed of responsibly.
- Pets are welcome, provided owners clean up after them and prevent damage.
- Parties and gatherings are permitted, subject to the maximum occupancy, consideration for neighbours and applicable noise restrictions.
- Guests must leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
7. Cancellations by the Property Owner
In the unlikely event that Teach Eoin cannot provide the accommodation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, guests will receive a full refund of accommodation payments received.
8. Personal Information
Guest information will be used to administer reservations, communicate with guests and fulfil applicable legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
